The GARMIN Edge® Explore 2 GPS bike navigator will find the best route and reliably take you to your destination. You’ll have an easy time discovering new paths on and off the tarmac with the three-inch colour touch display, simple operation and intelligent navigation functions.

The Edge® Explore 2 is a big update to GARMIN’s popular navigation device for recreational cyclists: more battery power, more satellite support, more route info, more connectivity and more convenient features for you. Thanks to the altimeter and ClimbPro function, you can now always correctly assess upcoming climbs. Map overlays with popular cycling routes (Trendline Popularity) will help you plan your routes and actively avoid busy sections. Just like with previous models, you can tailor tours based on distance, direction and starting point. E-bikers with compatible drive systems can also look forward to the inclusion of remaining battery capacities in the new e-bike routing.

But sporty cyclists also benefit from the Edge® Explore 2’s extended features: you can now connect power metres, control indoor trainers or – assuming compatible sensors – have it calculate the fitness value VO2max and recommended recovery times. Select from three activity profiles and enjoy the easy process of setting up everything in real-time via smartphone or music control on the Edge® display. Plus, GARMIN has also put thought into expanding the safety functions – use the integrated bike alarm feature and find the last position of your Edge® via smartphone. This is a great update that will turn everyone, from leisure cyclists to sporty touring bikers, into fans of the Edge® Explore 2.

• TOURING-SPECIFIC MAPS: Find your way around like a local – no matter what bike you're riding. Optimised maps highlight popular roads and trails. What’s more, they offer searchable points of interest.
• TURN-BY-TURN DIRECTIONS Never get lost with turn-by-turn directions and alerts that notify you of upcoming turns. Arrive at your destination safe and relaxed.
• ROUTE RECALCULATION: Feel free to pause route guidance and off-course notifications while you go off-course to explore. When you’re ready to get back on track, the bike computer will show you the way.
• PIN DROP NAVIGATION: Select a point in the iOS Maps app on your iPhone® and send the position directly to your compatible GARMIN bike computer via the GARMIN Connect™ app. Get a route and navigation to the position.
